    • This Government Department is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in the strategic analysis, planning and management activities within the Enterprise Technology group for a Successfactors and SAP Payroll implementation.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate focus groups, stakeholder workshops, surveying and related initiatives
  • Eliciting requirements, documentation - epics and user stories at a quality standard suitable for development team.
  • Interview subject matter experts to gain deeper understanding of the problem, and generate requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to gather agile requirements
  • Collaborate with technical people to explain and clarify the problem and requirements
