  • Should have good knowledge of P&C Insurance Products and Processes
  • Manage Functional Changes to the system
  • Should have been exposed to various IT Products in Insurance Market
  • Create and Review Functional Documents, User Guides, etc…
  • Interact with client teams to understand methodologies and workflows
  • Should be able to elicit requirements from client teams and document them
  • Create Functional Test Strategy and User Acceptance Testing documentation
  • Should be aware of Implementation methodologies and processes
  • Should be able to conduct Trainings – Domain and Functional
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of databases and basic scripting
  • Basic Knowledge of SQL and other database languages
  • Should be able to create UI Designs and workflows
  • 6-8 years of experience in the Insurance Industry OR
  • 8-12 Years of experience in IT Industry as a P&C Business Analyst
  • Candidate having certification in P&C Insurance domain is a plus.
