Job Description

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and the technical development team. Your goal is to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and user adoption.

  • Discovery & Elicitation: Facilitate workshops to identify business needs, pain points, and process improvements.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps (As-Is/To-Be), data models, and technical specifications.
  • Requirement Management: Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Solution Design: Design declarative solutions (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports) that align with Salesforce best practices.
