As a Non-profit Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and delivering reports and dashboards that support program, grant, and operational needs across the organization. You will analyze data to identify trends and answer business questions, working closely with internal teams to understand how data is collected and what information is needed for accurate reporting. This role is centered on developing Power BI reporting solutions that evolve as organizational priorities change. You will proactively seek out information, ensure data quality across systems, and deliver reliable insights that support the organization's mission and reporting requirements.
