- Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional & non-functional requirements and translate them into system functionality
- Analyse risks, feasibility, business impact, and improvement opportunities
- Model business processes, data flows, and technology landscapes
- Create and maintain clear requirement documentation across the project lifecycle
- Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability from business needs to testing and final delivery
- Collaborate with vendors, designers, and developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
