Key Responsibilities
- Elicit business and system requirements through stakeholder discussions and analysis
- Analyze and translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and traceability
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders to understand expectations and clarify requirements
- Clearly explain requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to development teams
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including BRD, FSD, user manuals, and process flows
- Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and addressing gaps
- Use visualization and design tools to represent workflows, use cases, and system behavior
- Create reports and insights using Power BI to support business decision-making
