Business Analyst – Regulatory

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst – Regulatory to join our team and play a key role in overseeing regulatory projects and ensuring business alignment with evolving requirements, on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Understands and aligns regulatory requirements with business needs and priorities


• Assesses the impact of requirements (or new regulations) and identifies affected Business Units


• Actively participates in stakeholder meetings, ensuring actions are in line with compliance


• Monitors the implementation of regulatory projects, identifies potential risks, maintains oversight of progress, and provides regular updates


• Coordinates the Bank’s response to consultations and official questionnaires

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst


• University degree in Law, Finance, or Economics


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across business teams


• Analytical mindset with understanding of business operations and how regulatory requirements align with them


• Ability to understand regulatory and legal texts and assess their operational impact and business implications (preferred)


• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written)


• Familiarity with legal or regulatory texts (preferred)
