- Requirement Analysis and Impact Analysis
- Transforming Business Requirements into Technical Specifications
- Preparation of BRD and Functional Specs
- Data Validation / Enrichment Validation using SQL, Excel Pivots
- Simulating Reporting balances in Excel
- Working closely with development team, Finance Teams, Source Teams
- Building Control Reports / Exception Reports.
- Data analysis to ensure data quality is good. Support SIT/ UAT /PROD phases.
- Sprint Planning and execution
- Resource should have Banking knowledge and Regulatory exposure is preferred.
- Resource should have experience with user coordination and should act like a bridge between business & tech teams.
- Resource should have technical skills like SQl/PLSQL so that he understands the landscape and contribute well.
- Resource should possess excellent communication skills.
- Resources should start work in Singapore time zone.
