Business Analyst RPA

MISSION

As an Expert RPA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and validating business processes eligible for automation. Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and the RPA development team, you will ensure that automated solutions meet business needs, follow best practices, and deliver measurable value.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

PROCESS ANALYSIS & IDENTIFICATION

• Identify and qualify automation opportunities by assessing business processes and their suitability for RPA.
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing ("as-is") processes in collaboration with process owners and end-users.
• Challenge business requirements when needed to ensure feasibility and efficiency of automation.

TARGET PROCESS DEFINITION

• Define the future ("to-be") automated process through clear, structured documentation such as functional specifications, PDD (Process Definition Document), or user stories (Agile context).
• Describe step-by-step actions to be performed by users and robots, ensuring full alignment with RPA development constraints and standards.
• Understand deeply the RPA deployment methodology and ensure the defined solution adheres to best practices.

VALIDATION & TESTING

• Prepare and organise the User Acceptance Testing phases with business teams.
• Collect test data, coordinate test execution, and validate that the developed robot meets all functional and technical expectations.
• Manage change requests, evaluate impacts, and ensure proper documentation and communication.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Maintain fluid communication with end-users and process owners throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation teams (RPA developers, architects, PM).
• Participate in the estimation of ROI and expected automation gains.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Technical & Functional Skills

• Expert understanding of
  RPA methodologies
  , lifecycle, and development processes.
• Experience writing detailed process documentation (PDD/functional specs) used as a base for development.
• Strong analytical skills to understand, model, and optimize business processes.
• Ability to anticipate impacts of changes and assess feasibility.
• Experience preparing and coordinating business testing phases.
• Strong interest in
  AI, robotics, and intelligent automation
  .

Professional Experience

• Proven experience as an RPA Business Analyst in complex environments.
• Previous experience in
  project management
  or participation in cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge business requirements and propose improvements.
