An opportunity is available for an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of an enterprise construction safety and compliance platform within a large, complex organisation. This is a hands‑on contract role, ideal for a BA who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and bridging the gap between business, technology, and vendors during systems implementations.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the rollout of a cloud‑based WHS/EHS/site operations solution, working across business users, project teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Eliciting,ствами, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Mapping current‑state and future‑state processes across safety, compliance, and site operations
• Supporting system configuration workshops and implementation activities
• Translating business needs into clear specifications for technical and vendor teams
• Assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT), training materials, and change support
• Working closely with HSE, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment and uptake

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise systems implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams
• Experience supporting vendor‑led implementations and SaaS platforms
• Solid documentation skills (process maps, requirements, user stories, test cases)
