- Proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement in the system and provide solutions through automation of manual processes
- Identify, evaluate, and document potential data sources, system improvements and deliverable opportunities
- Continuously produce actionable information for Informa teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, CS and senior management)
- Collect & analyze large data sets and help to delivery useful information and recommendations to business decisions
- Interact with business stakeholders and conduct detailed data analysis on data and system flow
- Provide high level advanced triage support to stakeholders, business partners, and product teams in managing specific issue resolution activities
- Is a data ambassador for the company and leads data-drive concept adoption approach within the team to accelerate the business digital transformation
