Business Analyst SAP SSF

RED is currently looking for one of its clients for an experienced Freelance Business Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors Rewards to step in and support the transformation and operational management of their compensation system.

Key details of the mission:

✅ Act as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst for Rewards , supporting ASR, STI & LTI campaigns

✅ Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Rewards : Compensation, Variable Pay, Compensation Statements

✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend new features aligned with best practices

✅ Oversee and coordinate external SAP SuccessFactors consultants , tracking configuration progress and ensuring quality deliverables

✅ Take ownership of prioritization, planning, and follow-up , acting as a key point of contact for Rewards topics

✅ Manage Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Location: 100% remote – EU time zone

Start: ASAP
