Business Analyst & Scrum Master with Supply Chain

About the Role

We’re seeking a Business Analyst & Scrum Master to help drive the delivery of our Supply Chain Analytics product teams. You’ll partner with planning, logistics, and manufacturing domain leaders to translate business needs into actionable insights, while facilitating agile delivery for a set of cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Business Analysis (80%)

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders (Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Service) to elicit requirements, define user stories, and map processes.
• Translate business problems into analytics solutions (dashboards, KPIs, data marts, alerts) aligned to product vision and roadmap.
• Create and maintain artifacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps (BPMN), data dictionaries...
