Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Tier 1 bank who has strong stakeholder‑management capabilities and working knowledge of Operational Resilience. The role focuses on helping define an industry‑standard RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and assessing its impact across the organisation. The BA will work closely with an Architect and a Data Analyst to translate resilience requirements into actionable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with an Architect to understand and shape Service Resilience requirements.
· Contribute to defining a standardised RTO framework and analyse its implications across business services.
· Facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment across operational teams.
