Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong SQL skills to gather and translate business requirements, analyse data, and support data‑driven decisions across stakeholders and technology teams. The role involves hands‑on querying of databases, preparing insights, and ensuring solutions align with both business goals and data realities.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements; document them as BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
Use SQL to extract, join, and validate data from multiple systems for analysis, reporting, and root‑cause investigations.
Develop and present reports/dashboards using Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/QuickSight) to answer key business questions.
Work closely with data engineers and developers to clarify requirements, review data models, and ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
