Business Analyst – Insurance Digital Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation initiatives in the insurance domain. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, ensuring smooth delivery of programs aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements and user stories.

Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.

Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.

Ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

Support go-live activities and change management.

Mandatory Skills:

5+ years of Business Analysis experience in insurance.

Strong knowledge of policy lifecycle, claims, and billing.

Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
