Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Analyse Business Needs:
  • Assess the Business needs, scope problems, and develop comprehensive business cases to address identified challenges.
  • Perform user research, including interviews and surveys, to gather insights and map out user journeys.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in existing systems and processes.

    1. Document and Evaluate Requirements :
  • Document detailed requirements, source and evaluate potential solutions, and recommend those that best align with Business's objectives.
  • Collaborate with Client's vendor and app vendors to clarify requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with Business's goals.
