Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cheque clearing processes.
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to define functional specifications.
• Map existing and future-state process flows related to SGD & USD cheque clearing.
• Support system enhancements, defect analysis, and UAT activities.
• Ensure alignment of requirements with regulatory and operational needs.
• Prepare business cases, BRDs, FSDs, and user stories as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial domain.
• Mandatory: Domain expertise in Singapore cheque clearing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with MAS guidelines, cheque truncation system (CTS), and clearing cycles is preferred.
