• SaaS or UCaaS business domain knowledge
• Practical experience in common data science toolkits and statistical analysis through the use of Excel
• Strong analytical skills including collection, mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
• Ability to quickly understand patterns and key characteristics of data
• Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical capability
• Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
