The Team

Impact is a vendor (Broadridge) hosted, real‑time North American fixed income securities processing, clearing, reconciliation, settlement and accounting platform. The Securities & Operations Technology Impact Support team liaises with internal and third‑party technology teams and business stakeholders managing the availability and functionality of the North American Fixed Income processing and settlement platform for the Bank.

The Role

The Business Analysis Specialist role works both independently and in a project team setting to conceptualize, define, document, develop, test, implement and maintain the Broadridge Impact platform, other vendor, and other internal processing systems and interfaces.
