Deep understanding of Agile concepts and ceremonies, SCRUM, Kanban and SAFe. Collaboration with Product Owners to define the MVP and prioritize the backlog. The focus is on delivering through iterative releases. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and backlog refinement, user story mapping and workshops. Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps. Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog in alignment with business goals.
