Job Description

Support the First Mile Strategy team in improving operational performance and cost efficiency by combining strong analytical skills with hands‑on problem solving. This role will focus on transforming data into actionable insights and working directly with Operations and cross‑functional teams to design and implement improvements that drive faster, cheaper and better user experiences for our customers while building your skills to lead strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
