Davidson Technology present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join one of Melbourne’s leading Educational Institutes as they implement a brand-new Cloud based HCM system.
About the Role
We are looking for an expert Business Analyst with extensive experience in TechnologyOne Cloud, particularly in the Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our project to migrate from our current on-premise system to the TechnologyOne Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes and requirements related to the HCM modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful migration to TechnologyOne Cloud. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements. Provide expertise and guidance on TechnologyOne Cloud capabilities and best practices About You
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on TechnologyOne Cloud, specifically in HCM modules. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements in Human Capital Management. Experience with on-premise to cloud migration projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
