Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or lead lists
- Clearly communicate product or service features and benefits to generate customer interest
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive telecalling
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers by understanding their requirements
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively throughout the sales cycle
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Accurately record and update customer interactions, details, and sales progress in CRM systems
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales
- Share customer and market feedback with management to help improve products and sales strategies
