Job Description
Location Address: Hybrid - 40 Temperance Street 7th Floor, Toronto –4 days/week (Thursdays set days, remaining days are flexible)
Subject to change: 3–4 days onsite may be required based on business needs
Contract Duration: 6 months
Possibility of extension
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs/week
Role: Mix between BA/PM profile
Story Behind the Need
Business group: Regulatory and Business Insights Canada - RBI handles all compliance related projects for existing or new regulations.
Project: Need a BA to support for Cyber /IT risk remediation program –fulfil regulatory obligations, all issues identified are being addressed and remediated by the team;the BA is required to help the project team to create metrics and run working groups, ensure all the timelines are met, join working groups to ensure everything is on track

Typical Day in Role:
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
2) BA/PM experience from banking or technology industries
3) MS Office experience, specifically with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
4) Experience in managing regulatory projects
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Project Management experience
2) Experience in risk management
3) Experience in cyber remediation programs

- Help the project team to create metrics and run working groups, ensure all the timelines are met, join working groups to ensure everything is on track
- Defining business solutions for the requirements
- Reading rules and understanding business requirements
- Building controls around the solution (process, database solution)
- Interact with the following stakeholders: Technology, Risk and internal controls other business stakeholders
- Conduct/Manage working groups to understand the requirements or monitor the progress
- Will be required to present to the team and stakeholders
- Produce clear documentation
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

- Ideally, looking for BA/PM profile - project management experience and skills to support understanding of the program;The BA should be able to prepare quality decks where required and have excellent communication skills. Project experience in managing risk and cyber remediation programs will set them apart
