Location Address: –150 King street, 26th floor or the 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4. Manager is flexible.

Work arrangement: Hybrid –2-3 days in office Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred

Contract Duration: Until 10/31/2026

Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm

Extension Opportunity: Possibility, based on performance and funding.

Typical Day in Role:

  • Working sessions with business, technology, and operations SMEs to understand and document system/process flows

  • Manage the deliverables to meet target timelines

  • Manage agile delivery board for tracking deliverables

  • Assemble PowerPoint slides for executive and peer presentation

  • Design stimulation exercises for resiliency activities

  • Identify process assistance gaps and collaborate with SMEs for enhancement options

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, operation managers, and business product owners/managers to come up with solutions




Candidate Requirements/Must-Have Skills:

1. 8+ years of experience as a BA within FI

2. 3+ years of experience within payment product Wires, ACH, EFT or International Money Transfer.

3. Strong operational knowledge on payment processing protocol

4. Experience with end to end application journey mapping/Process flow mapping.

5. Spanish proficiency is mandatory



Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Strong Proficiency with MS Visio and PPT

  • BA experience at top 5 Banks in Canada

  • Experience in development or infrastructure operation areas

  • Experience working with Jira/Confluence

  •  Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization

  • Well-developed communication skills including precise articulation of ideas and opinions to prepare detailed business cases and proposals

  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities

  • Exceptional leadership skills to review processes and procedures to create efficiencies, eliminate duplication, and provide organization support to achieve business objectives

  • Strong relationship management with an ability to establish productive relationships between various leaders, departments, and partners across the organization

  •  Ability to manage significant transformation change initiatives while maintaining a high level of employee engagement and focus

  • Solutions-oriented and able to develop and create innovative solutions to critical business or organizational data issues




Education/Experience:

  • Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related IT field required




Best vs average

The ideal candidate would be a strong BA and would have some experience in development of process flow diagrams for payment systems.
