Job Description
Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise I&IT projects. The role focuses on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and translating business needs into technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across project lifecycles.
- Gather, document, and validate functional/non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, process maps, user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
- Manage and groom product backlogs; support Agile/Scrum practices.
