Business Analyst

Job Description: · Requirements Gathering & Analysis

· Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for cloud migration and modernization of banking and payment platforms.

· Analyze current-state processes, identify pain points, and define to-be workflows leveraging cloud-native capabilities.

· Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for cloud-based solutions.

· Process Mapping & Solution Design

· Create detailed process flows, business models, and user stories for payment and banking operations.

· Support the design of integration points between legacy systems and new cloud platforms, ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption.

· Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

· Ensure all solutions comply with relevant banking regulations (, AML, GDPR, PCI DSS) and payment standards (, ISO , SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS).
