Job Summary: 

The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining a structured knowledge base and self-service content repository. This role involves creating user manuals, FAQs, SOPs, process documentation, and how-to guides, while collaborating with various teams to gather accurate information. The Business Analyst will also establish content standards, conduct audits, manage version control, and ensure content is easily searchable and accessible.
