skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions,

ensuring delivery excellence across domains like e-commerce, healthcare, finance, and

inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

● Client Engagement & Communication:

○ Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

○ Understand client business goals and translate them into clear, actionable

requirements.

○ Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations effectively.

● Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

○ Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to gather and

analyse business requirements.

○ Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional

Specification Documents), and user stories.

○ Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use cases as needed.

● Project Management Support:

○ Work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery and scope

alignment.

○ Use PM tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana for tracking tasks, managing

sprints, and reporting progress.

○ Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure final deliverables meet

client expectations.

● Domain Expertise:

○ Good understanding of domains such as e-commerce, healthcare, finance,

and inventory management systems.

○ Ability to quickly grasp industry-specific business processes and regulatory

considerations.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

● 3-4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services or

software development environment.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

● Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) is a plus.

● Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Exposure to international client communication and remote project collaboration.

Nice to Have

● Understanding of APIs, databases, and technical constraints in development.
