Job Description
- Act as a bridge between business and technology to deliver effective solutions.
- Enhance systems and streamline data access for strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
- Manage and prioritise change requests across the Pronto ERP system.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams.
- Analyse and model business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support solution design and implementation across multiple departments.
- Drive integration, reporting, and evolution of the enterprise data warehouse.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT environments, preferably in the mining, resources, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP), including process analysis, configuration support, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exposure to data warehouse projects, including involvement in data analysis, integration, and reporting requirements.
- Experience in business process mapping (e.g., BPMN) and requirements gathering techniques.
