Business Analyst with API and SQL

Position: Business Analyst with API and SQL (5–7 years)
Technical Skills: SQL, API, JIRA, Chalk, SNOW
Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and fellow business analysis professionals
Design and document business requirements documents in Epics and Stories
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
Learn TMS application configurations of new workflows
Configure workflow tasks in TMS based on the business requirements
Work with the business users to test the workflow configurations
Follow change management processes to ensure successful deployment of the intakes
Preferred Qualifications: skills and experience
Mixture of strong analysis and technical expertise.
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Scrum is required
