Your new role

The
Business Analyst plays a central role in shaping and delivering change
initiatives across the organization. This includes managing requirements,
designing solutions, and overseeing change and implementation activities. The
role involves close collaboration with delivery partners and subject matter
experts to translate business needs into functional requirements, particularly
in systems-related projects. Business Analysts also act as the voice of the
customer, ensuring that solutions align with business goals and user
expectations.
