Your Role

The Business Analytics Officer equip and enable the various decision makers of the Bank in making timely and data-driven decisions on helping grow the Bank’s book by identifying data-driven trends, providing and maintaining sales reporting dashboards, or analysing large amounts of data to uncover sales opportunities and/or facilitate improvements in operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Optimize sales productivity by facilitating cross-selling efforts, devising campaign programs, and/or generation of potential sales leads.
• Monitoring of sales and TAT KPIs and/or campaign programs by ensuring that data and/or reports are made available and fit for use.
• Equipping other support and reporting units with their business-related data or reporting requirements by providing advice/assistance in their requirements.
