Business Analytics Specialist

In Manulife’s North America Treasury Operations (NATO), our mandate is to manage payment transactions and provide value added cash management services. As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we are continuously finding new ways to leverage data and technology to make our operations easier, better, faster for our employees, partners and customers.

Reporting to the AVP Strategy & Analytics and working closely with the NATO Reporting & Analytics Lead, as a Business Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and developing metrics, reports, and analysis that support key business decisions. You will also gather and transform data from various sources into meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
