Business Analytst - Implementation & Training
Tiller Technical is seeking a Business Analyst – Training & Implementation to support client implementations and own Tiller Academy, our customer e-learning platform for Helm CONNECT.
This role blends business analysis, training delivery, and client engagement to help customers successfully adopt and use our software.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Tiller Academy (courses, updates, LMS administration)
- Create and update training content for Helm CONNECT modules
- Deliver client onboarding, training sessions, and webinars
- Support software implementations from a training and process perspective
- Work directly with clients to tailor training to their workflows
- Manage training projects and monthly client communications
About You
- Experience in business analysis, software implementation, or training
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Confident working with clients and delivering training
- Technologically savvy and highly organized
- Payroll or enterprise software experience is highly regarded
