Job Description

The Business Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for our Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and related systems. This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of the systems to support our sales, manufacturing, and logistics and finance processes.

Main Tasks and Duties:

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support addressing incidents and service requests promptly.
  • Troubleshoot, prioritise and resolve application issues, minimising disruptions to business operations.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in user training sessions and develop user guides to enhance system proficiency.
