Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Good exposure on CRM Functional Sales and Service module
Documenting detailed Requirement, analysis and Functional Design Document
Prepare Process flow using Visio and Business Rules
Collaborate with stakeholders and onshore team on daily basis
Having exposure on Azure DevOps
