• Good understanding of end to end process of telecom operations and maintenance (ITIL, eTOM, etc).
• Experience executing consulting projects and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction.
• Must be able to perform complex solution selling with a consultative approach. Should be able to create an engagement model for approaching the customer.
• Understands the operator environment from an operational and network perspective. Must be familiar with Fixed and Wireless technologies as well as the transport and service layers.
• Develop the potential mature consultancy services opportunities.
• Be able to understand financial models, business cases and return on investment (ROI). Be able to analyze opportunities that are worth pursuing and make recommendations of how to close a deal.
