Job Description
Partner with core-Business Groups and Support functions (e.g. Premises, IT, Gen Admin, HR, Compliance) on outlining Site wide business strategy and execution around the following:
**Resource and Location Strategy** :
Partner with the senior business unit managers at the Site and global strategy teams to periodically assess functional growth requirements from both headcount and functional depth standpoints.
Ensure the above forecast is reconciled with the global forecast for the location and any major gaps identified for correction.
Partner with business unit managers and HR to ensure appropriate Organization Design elements are adhered to around span of control, reporting adjacency, stovepipes etc.
**Talent Lifecycle Management** :
Partner with HR / cross support groups to promote internal mobility, smooth onboarding experience, drive campus strategy, foster the culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
