As a Business Change Manager, you are responsible for managing the business part of EDI/API implementation for Global Accounts. You define and improve our integration services (EDI and API) to match customer requirements, working directly with customers and realising these needs internally. Your role ensures that integration initiatives are aligned with business expectations, support operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value across the organization. Your responsibilities:
  • Manages the implementation in the business on behalf of Global Customs

  • Onboard individual Customers into DSV from a Customs perspective

  • Sign off the proposed Business Requirement Document to initiate integrations
