Job Description:
- Attending phone calls from customers and providing feedback, with a good customer approach.
- Invoicing, arranging deliveries, stock arrangements & coordination with the sales team.
- Follow-up for collections of account receivables. Account overdue follow-ups
- Communication and co-ordination with internal team.
- Coordinating and preparing various reports in respect to sales
- Maintaining all relevant customer related data in the system concerning Admin & Finance
- Computer hardware & associated software systems i.e., electronic procurement, database, use of E-mail, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation.
- Individual should have highly successful field sales experience with strong prospecting.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs
- Experience in working with Auto and Electrical products.
Specific Skills :-Advance Excel , Hlook up , Vlook up , Good/Excellance with english.
CTC : 3.0/lpa to 3.60/lpa
