Transport and Logistics Business Unit: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.

In this role, you will be the strategic bridge between complex customer challenges and world-class technology, directly influencing the digital transformation of global supply chains. You won’t just be selling software; you will be architecting high-value integration scenarios and business cases that drive multi-million euro outcomes for some of the world's largest international shippers.


Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Workshops: Conduct high-impact discovery sessions with international clients to uncover operational inefficiencies and present tailored solution scenarios.
  • Architect Integration Solutions: Design sophisticated integration landscapes for customer ERP and TMS systems that align perfectly with our advanced product architecture.
  • Drive Complex Tenders: Spearhead the functional and technical response for major RFI and RFP processes, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to win large-scale deals.
  • Consultative Value Creation: Develop compelling business cases and value propositions that quantify the tangible benefits of implementing Transporeon’s solutions.
  • Innovate & Mentor: Stay at the forefront of market trends to coach sales teams and provide expert insights on supply chain best practices.

    • Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Industry Expertise: 4+ years of proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or LogTech. Good knowledge of road transportation is a must have.
  • Technical Fluency: Skilled in translating complex customer requirements into functional technical designs and ERP/TMS integration scenarios.
  • Communication Mastery: Fluency in Italian and/or German together with a proficient level of English and the ability to lead workshops and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Expert at performing end-to-end assessments to identify operational pain points and develop data-driven business cases.

    • Bonus Points For:

  • Direct experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or the Supply Chain Tech industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Transporeon’s specific product portfolio and system architecture.
