Responsibilities

Help define EPAMs go-to-market value proposition within the CPG, Retail, Travel, or Hospitality space, interfacing with senior leadership to craft industry offerings

Lead EPAM strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a customers vision & requirements to solutions

Engage with clients to understand their strategic vision of the proposed initiative and determine gaps that need to be addressed through strategically focused workstreams

Requirements

12+ years of professional experience in a consulting company or Consumer industry setting with a demonstrable depth of knowledge. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable

Expertise in one or more consumer industry sub-verticals: CPG, Retail, Travel, or Hospitality

Experienced consultant in one or more of the following domains: Merchandising excellence, commercial excellence, marketing, or supply chain

Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies to transform a clients business

MBA preferred
