Job Description
Job Summary: The Business Continuity Analyst will be a key member of a Global Business Continuity Management (BCM) team, supporting the development, maintenance, and execution of business continuity and resilience strategies across BGC Group, Cantor Fitzgerald and its affiliated entities. This role requires close collaboration with business units, business managers, information security, technology, risk team, and other key stakeholders to ensure operational readiness during disruptions. The analyst will lead the development, testing, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Plans, assess and monitor operational risks, and deliver strategic insights to executive leadership. Additionally, the role includes driving initiatives that strengthen enterprise resilience and providing regional backup and support to team members as needed.
