Business Continuity Manager

We’re looking for a Business Continuity (BCP) Manager to lead enterprise‑wide continuity planning and resilience for U.S. clinical and non‑clinical operations. You’ll drive risk assessments, BIAs, continuity & recovery strategies, plan development, and exercises—partnering across business and technology to minimize disruption and keep critical services up and running.

Position : Business Continuity Manager - this role will have direct reports

Location : Full remote in the Philippines

Shift/Hours : Monday through Friday, 11pm-7am Philippine time (aligns with Central US time-zone)

Duration : Budgeted fully for 12months, possible extensions based on performance

Interview Process : 2 rounds with the client
