Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develops, tests, documents, implements and maintains Business Continuity (BC) / Disaster Recovery (DR) planning processes for restoration/recovery of Operational Business Processes and Information Technology (IT) systems in the event of natural/man-made disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires, power outages, and power surges).
- Assists internal teams and external clients in all phases of the recovery process.
- Works with Account Delivery Managers and leadership to enhance disaster recovery effectiveness.
- Works across functions and teams to ensure appropriate BCP/DR strategies have been designed and implemented.
Qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and
