Business Controller & Analyst

About the role

ALTEN is currently looking for a Business Controller & Analyst for our Business Data Management Department in Madrid. In this position, you will work with a talented team in an international environment.

As Business Controller & Analyst, you will have a dynamic role in the team, where you will participate in the performance of the classic operational/reporting tasks of the team, which are the following:

• Develop and maintain our main work tools and reports by collecting data and performing data-mining analyses in Excel and Power BI
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as well as ad-hoc analyses on request
• Manage, maintain and optimize company performance by analyzing a large number of operational indicators (KPIs) and business metrics with a critical eye
• Create different dashboards for top management
