About your tasks:

Be a Trusted Business Partner

• Partner closely with our CIO and IT leadership team, providing financial insights that influence IT strategy and business decisions.

• Translate complex numbers into clear, actionable stories that guide leadership and maximize impact.

Shape the Future of IT Capital Allocation

• Co-design and refine the IT investment prioritization process.

• Build robust business cases to ensure every IT project delivers maximum value and aligns with our ambition to lead Europe’s digital pharmacy.

Drive Transparency & Control

• Own IT cost and investment reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.

• Develop innovative, digital-first analytical tools that bring data to life and push Controlling beyond traditional reporting.

• Constantly seek opportunities to improve cost reporting and financial transparency.

• You enjoy working in a fast-changing international environment and growing with it.

About You:

• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling or Finance.

• Strong interest in Data and IT/Tech for Finance, with curiosity to explore new approaches.

• Analytical thinker with a pragmatic, business-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication skills, able to connect with senior management and stakeholders across the company.

• Proactive and curious — you enjoy improving processes, innovating, and making a real impact.

• Thrives in a fast-paced international environment, embracing growth and change.
