As a Business CRM Strategy Manager you will be a full contributor to the team and apply creativity and intelligence to solve digital CRM transformation issues for our clients. You are responsible for managing and expanding the team, motivating and coaching the consultants to become the best version of themselves.
Your activities include:
Support clients in defining a CRM vision and roadmap, guiding them as an advisor through project implementation and/or be the point of contact for all CRM innovationsAct as a subject matter expert in your preferred industry and support project teams in understanding the customer journeys, businesses’ needs and processes and identifying the areas of improvements across the areas of customer, sales, marketing, service and data.Follow-up on the latest developments in your preferred industry (trends, processes, technology)Gather business requirements and tr...
